Mental Health Counseling Services- Virtual or in person My counseling services offer a gentle, supportive, and compassionate approach—always grounded in kindness and, most importantly, free of judgment. I hold a master’s degree in School Counseling and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting students and families. My approach is warm, approachable, and grounded in realism, helping clients feel heard and understood. I use a solution-focused framework to guide individuals toward practical and meaningful growth. I’m proud to already work with many wonderful clients and I am excited to continue expanding my practice to support even more people on their journey toward emotional wellness. Specialties include but are not limited to: ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, interpersonal issues, self-esteem, PTSD, and Parenting. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- College Advising Services Virtual or In person My college advising services are designed to walk students through the actual application process, step by step. I specialize in helping students complete their college applications, fill out their self-reported transcripts, and craft strong, personal, and compelling college essays that highlight who they are beyond the numbers. Most of the families I work with already have a few colleges in mind, and I help make sure everything gets submitted clearly, correctly, and on time. And if you’re still deciding where to apply, I can help guide you through that too. I can also help guide families with scholarship search, FAFSA, and other financial aid questions. Whether you’re just getting started or are already knee-deep in applications, I’m here to make the process less stressful and more successful—for both students and parents.
