Navigating the transition to high school can be complex and often a challenging experience for students. To support your rising 9th grader in this pivotal period, we have thoughtfully designed a comprehensive four-class institute that equips them with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to successfully embark on their high school journey.
SUMMER WRITING CLASS
Through our program the student will learn:
How to critically read a text
How to brainstorm writing ideas
How to structure a paragraph
How to use MLA formatting correctly
After each session, the instructor will provide personalized feedback to the student to tailor this institute to their needs. By the end of the institute, your rising 9th grader will have a portfolio of resources to refer to throughout high school.
